270/280 Degree Billet Camshaft


Introducing the long awaited and  newly made Custom Billet Camshafts for the EP82 Starlet and EP91 Glanza with the 4efte and 5efte engines.

The cams have an increase in duration and lift. Increasing these two components will allow the intake and exhaust valves to be opened longer thus sending more air and fuel into the cylinders and create more horse power and high rpm power output. This also increased the rpm range in which the engine produces its power.

These cams were developed from a block of billet and its a direct fit into your engine. 

Please note when installing these cams with aftermarket valve springs they will eat the cams faster if the correct spring lobe pressure is not used. We recommend working out the details with your tuner and builder when buying aftermarket springs.

The price was increased a little to compensate for the amount of work and time put into these new cams along with better hardness and strength of the material.

These cams are installed according to normal timing figures.

You will need to remove your old cams gears and install them onto the billet cams.

A specification sheet will be supplied with each pair of cams. Please don't forget to buy the cam gear so you can get the most out of your engine.

The specs are as follows:

Duration: 280/270 Degree intake and exhaust

Lift: 8.7mm intake / 8.7mm exhaust..

No two cams are made the same tolerance and machined the same way so some may need reshimming while some may not.

Below is a video from one of our customers. His before result with stock cams and cam gear at 12 psi was 260 hp, installation of the Speedvision cams and adjustable lightweight cam gear at the same 12 psi got them a result of 305 hp. Thats a 45 hp increase. Look at the video.
